2) i am doing Weight Watchers, and i am trying to convert to organic food
3) walking works, and making small goals to set (like 5 pounds). and dont be like "i'm gonna loose 20 pounds by june" or something, because most likley its not gonna happen.)
4) i have no recipies but if you like tuna, split the mayo amount in half and use mustard for the rest!! its really good!
