So this is my first entry. be nice lol. Here are my stats. I am 16 years old 5'6" i weigh 175 lbs and my goal weight is 125. I have to admit i am a little obsessed with losing weight. If anyone has any tips that would be awesome!! so today i've eaten almost nothing, but that happens a lot while i am in school. I do great during the day but between 3:30 and 8 o'clock I am horrible!! If you have any tips on ways to avoid bingeing please help! SO today i have had:
24 oz crystal light water (0 cal)
1 peice of orbit gum (about 5 cal)
2 peanut butter crackers (70 cal)
24 oz water (0 cal)
I am constantly drinking water to keepmyself full! Anyway I hope i can find support here! thanks!

My name is Molly. I don't know you at all but I'm really excited about a new group I've started. The problem is that I can't find anyone who I think would join so now I'm just searching for people interested in healthful TV dinner’s. The group is explained in the group info area. I hope that if you're interested in contributing you'll join up and tell a few of your TV dinner loving friends about it!

I’m sending this out to a lot of people, mostly members of diet and health groups, because I am trying to diet myself and I really need the support. I’m sure that most of you have struggled with your weight and can relate to that absolute desperate desire to have someone on your team. Most weight loss plans advise that you keep a log of what you eat and so that is exactly what I’m doing with this group. Writing down the WW point values of my meals, taking pictures of them, reviewing them… basically I’m trying to make this whole process a little less boring. I hope to see you in the group, enjoying it as I plan to do.

im the same weight and a little taller, and want to get down to the same size. I lost 15 pounds by eating 2 meals a day, breakfast and one small meal after school. This way its a mixture between lunch and dinner but you dont eat after 5 allowing your belly to be full. My parents find it alright, because i already eat before dinner. I find it good to tell myself that 'your fat, and no one wants to be with a fatty.' If you keep that mentality it helps with will-power. WILLPOWER is key to all dieting. Drink hottea if your hungry, also. Oh and for meals, cereal and cheese work good. not together of course. I hope i helped you some. AND GOOOD LUCK dollface!
Between 3:30 and 8 o-clock you need to go out and walk. Seriously. Get out of the house and walk. I lost 40 pounds in 5 months by sticking to these simple rules: watch your calories (like I saw you have been doing), and most importantly... you have to get out and move. Going to the gym is no good because when restricting your calories you won't have enough energy to continue to go or do any good in the gym. However walking is the easiest thing you can do. I walked an hour in the morning, just drank hot tea with creamer and splenda all morning, walked an hour for lunch, then after work walked at least 2 hours. If you go home and you're hungry.. the second you are hungry LEAVE THE HOUSE and walk. You will quickly substitute food with exercise and the pounds will fall off. ;) Good luck to you, sweetie.. if I could do it you can too!
